Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Makeup, Skincare and Hair care products. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

Although shipping is free when shopping at ForeverLux, any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $5.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $5.95.

To ensure your return is processed, please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Reason for returning your order

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Cancelling or modifying your order

We use an automatic system that processes orders as soon as it is paid. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been paid for.
